Additional Persons:
Two bedroom cabins (#1-6) with up to 5 persons, $695.00 per week.
One bedroom cabin (#7) with up to 3 persons, $645.00 per week.
Check in- time is Saturday 3:00 pm and check out- time is 11:00am Saturday.
Each cottage also has the following: bath with a shower, gas cooking stove, gas heat, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, basic kitchen needs, blankets, pillows, wireless internet, and cable.
Picnic tables, community grill, and two bonfire pits are here for customer usage. We also have ice to purchase for your convenience.
Pontoon boats, paddle boats and a fishing boat are available for daily or weekly rental.

We do not equip kitchen supplies such as: dish soap, SOS pads, scouring powder and garbage bags.
No linens will be supplied for weekly rentals.

Fredricks Cottages reserves the right to charge an additional fee of $10.00 per person a night, per cabin, with a maximum of two extra people.
Off season rates: 20% discount.
Boat Rentals:
Pontoon daily:$105.00 for 4 hours (minimum), $185.00 for 8 hours.
Pontoon weekly: $625.00
Paddle: $10.00 per hour.
Fishing (no motor) daily: $35.00
Fishing (with motor) daily: $75.00
Gas and tax not included.

**Please note**
A deposit is requested on all reservations. $100.00 required at time of booking by mail or Visa. If using Visa or Mastercard an additional 3% service fee will be added to the balance.
Deposits by weekly, seasonal renters are due by March 1st. In the event of any cancellation, deposit will be retained.
